'Griottes' is a charming and youthful Gamay from 15 to 35 year old vines. Smooth with a wealth of red fruit on the nose leading to intense raspberry fruit on the lingering finish.
One of the best Beaujolais Nouveau that is lively, refined and pure made with the minimum SO2. It is as natural a Beaujolais as one could have.
Perfect pairing for cold meats, chicken and vegetarian dishes,you may also enjoy it on its own slightly chilled.
