From the 'Los Anconès' plantation on the Santo Domingo island, the selected cocoa beans are roasted and ground into fragments (nibs). 'Mangaro' 1er Cru de Plantation - 65% Cocoa Single Estate
The Michel Cluizel Mangaro bar is created exclusively from cocoa beans from the Mangaro plantation in Madagascar at the heart of the Indian Ocean, in the rich valley of the river Sambirano. This plantation flourishes on the island of a former mango tree forest. The beans of these cocoa trees have enabled Michel Cluizel to develop a highly flavoured chocolate. This fine dark chocolate bar is possibly the most exotic of all the Michel Cluizel single estate range. The Mangaro provides a well balanced range of citrus fruits with an underlying edge of ginger to aid depth and character.
