Hand-picked from cod caught in the Icelandic seas, the livers are manually trimmed before being smoked with beech wood and cooked in their boxes. No oil is added, it exudes naturally from the liver during cooking.

The cod liver is a delicate and refined entry, to be enjoyed on small grilled toasts, appetizer bites accompanied by asparagus tips or a salad of green beans seasoned with olive oil and lemon.
