Pierre Angué is a hard-working organic fruit grower located in the village of La Tour sur Orb, North of Béziers at the foothills of the Cévennes. Pierre is a very conscientious and rigorous artisan farmer always in pursuit of the authentic taste of the fruits. That means growing quality varietals without the use of chemicals and harvesting fruits at the peak of their ripeness, all that on a micro scale. As Pierre says: ‘Every year I harvest different fruits and every year I learn something different.’ When you eat Pierre jams, it takes you straight to the trees in the orchard! A treasure for food lovers!
