Claims for breakages or other damage must be made to TERROIRS.ie in writing or by e-mail within 3 days of receipt. Contact us at email@example.com. Please advise us of any other order issues within 5 days of dispatch. We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds on orders if we have not been notified within this time period. For all returns, except where the item is faulty or when we have sent you an incorrect item, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
