Briary chocolate and just a hint of stemmy spice on the nose. Musk and brambly red berries combine with orange peel, dark cocoa powder and roasted coffee beans. Wet red earth and undergrowth. The palate shows spicy clovey notes with a Campari like stalkiness. Tight and brooding with a touch of savoury peat. A round fresh palate with a twang of chalky tannin.
