Wine Comments
A ‘luminous‘ and pure Puligny-Montrachet with very fresh and clean aromas of butter and stone fruits. This is very fresh on the palate with a crisp acidity but gently balanced by a slightly ‘creamy‘ texture.

The Domaine
The domaine was established in the 1920s and at its height, had 12 hectares of vines. Etienne’s daughter inherited the vineyards and left them to her three children. As a result the vineyard holdings total less than nine hectares. Today, Jeanine, granddaughter of Etienne, and her husband Gérard run the domaine. Emilie the daughter of Jeanine along with her husband Benoît Riffault, joined in the family business in 2002.

Food Pairing
This wine can be enjoyed with a broad variety of dishes from delicately flavoured fish dishes through to chicken and pork.
