  1. Christophe Mignon Coup de Foudre

This is the latest release from Christophe, made from equal parts of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. After first fermentation it spends 9 months in new oak before bottling. It then sits on its lees for a further three years before disgorgement and the addition of 7gm/ltr of cane sugar.
The result is well balanced champagne with pleasant aromas of dried fruit and vanilla, which won a 'coup de couer' in the 2011 Gault et Millau Les Meilleurs Vins de France.

  2. Louis Roederer- Brut Premier

The wine has a fresh festive finesse... “In the mouth, the wine has structure, richness and length. It is a full, complex wine that is both modern and powerful, whilst remaining a great classic.

  3. Larmandier-Bernier - Terre de Vertus, Premier Cru

100% Chardonnay from Premier Crus vineyards planted in 1982 and 1962, given absolutely no 'dosage', making it an ultra brut, and in Pierre Larmandier's words a true expression of the Vertus 'terroir'. Elegant, restrained, with toasty, citrus flavours and underlying minerality this really is a sensational wine.
