  1. L'Abeille de FieuzalRouge - © Seán Gilley 2013

Licorice, black cherries, earth, smoke and spicy aromatics open to a polished wine, with a soft textured, black raspberry finish. The 2011 was produced from a blend of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot. Goes great with... Roast Beef Steak, Roast Lamb & Game & Venison.

  2. Château Trottevieille

An intense ruby-red colour. Delicate woody aromas with notes of toast and ripe fruit. In the mouth the attack is supple and full, the tannins refined and the structure very aromatic. The red fruit comes to the fore - blackberry and cherry. Excellent concentration and a fresh finish with good aromatic return of the fruit.

  9. Château Duhart Milon Rothschild

A strong case can be made that this is the finest Duhart produced since the 1982. The colour is a saturated dark ruby/purple. The bouquet offers aromas of blackberry fruit intermixed with licorice, minerals, and dried herbs. Rich and intense, with considerable finesse, medium to full body, and outstanding concentration and purity. It reflects the increased attention Lafite's administrator, Charles Chevalier, has been giving this nearby estate.
