  1. Essensia

Made from 100% Orange Muscat, Essentia has an aroma reminiscent of orange blossom and apricot. Its relatively high acidity makes it taste balanced, even with its considerable sweetness, more like a taste of fresh fruit. Essentia is used as a dessert accompaniment or a dessert in itself. Best served chilled. Pair with white fruits such as peach, pear or apricot.

This Syrah displays rich blackberry, cassis, espresso, mocha and our signature sage spice aromas and flavours. The silky finish lingers from the ripe tannins and smoky oak. This full-bodied wine should be enjoyed over the next ten years. A traditional pairing for this wine is a rack of lamb with rosemary and garlic. Grilled meats and bold cheese will also pair well.

  10. Havens Merlot

Outstanding! The best we've tasted from Havens. It received 90 points from wine writer Robert Parker… 'The 1997 Merlot exhibits a dense ruby/purple colour in addition to a superb nose of chocolate, cocoa, cherries, and smoky, earthy notes. The wine is rich and medium to full-bodied, with low acidity, a sweet, nicely layered palate, and a lush finish. It should drink well for 7-8 years. (Aug-99)' Wine Spectator… 'Dense, with a supple core of black cherry, tar and earth flavours framed by firm tannins. Best from 2000 through 2015.
