From Penedès, Clos d’Estima is a blend of equal proportions of Tempranillo and Syrah and is aged for 3 months in French oak barrels. Both varieties fuse themselves in a single wine, which will gradually unravel its full identity within the wine glass.

Dark ruby colour. The nose shows a lot of freshness with hints of red fruit, blackcurrant, and some smoky minerality (regardless of the fact that it was never in barrel). On the palate it is dense, medium tannins, good grip, but not overwhelming. A Nicely balanced, easy drinking wine full of fruit and freshness.

Johanneshof Reinisch

Dialog , 2016

Made of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Sauvignon Blanc. The wines are fermented separately, Sauvignon Blanc in stainless steel tanks and Chardonnay in large oak barrels, after which the final blend is made. Very captivating scent of exotic fruits including lychee, biscuits and butter tones. The palate is delicately creamy with an elegant acidity. A vibrant ‘cutting-edge’ wine that would pair well with fish as well as white meats, pasta dishes and vegetables.
