  5. Domaine Du Vissoux -Moulin-a-Vent Les Trois Roches

"The 2013 Moulin-à-Vent 'les Trois Roches' from Domaine du Vissoux is outstanding and destined to be an absolutely classic expression of this great commune with a bit of bottle age. The utterly refined and complex nose jumps from the glass in a blend of cassis, espresso, granite, a touch of garrigue, woodsmoke, curry-like spice tones and a gentle framing of cedar. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and very long and racy, with a superb core of fruit, just a touch of ripe tannin, vibrant acidity and stunning focus and grip on the very, very long and dancing finish. I absolutely love the elegance of this bottling in 2013! This is an utterly classic bottle of Moulin-à-Vent in the making.
