Élian da Ros has been farming organically with fanatic dedication since 2000. Élian selects only the ripest grapes of 40% Cabernet Franc - 40% Abouriou (a local variety) - 20% Merlot . Notes of violets and prunes on the nose . The palate is loaded with fresh black fruits, cherries. Lovely suave finish. “Le Vin est une Fête” is our irresistible favourite.

A wine alive with complex flavours redolent of blackberry and plum and true to its terroir: a small plot on the limestone plateau of the Feely's certified organic and biodynamic vineyard. Hand-crafted, gently aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and parented by old vines. This fine blend of merlot and cabernet sauvignon offers dark fruit and spice on the nose followed by dark fruit and plum on the palate with notes of mocha in the finish. A concentrated wine that is promising to deliver good aging potential and complexity. 2010 is no sulphites added.

Vieillefont 2009 is quite a rich wine made from 60% Sémillon, 25% Sauvignon and 15% Muscadelle. The certified organic vines are 50 year old and more. A white that is deep, quite intriguing with a different style. Aromas of citrus and white peaches. Extremely good structure and broad on the palate and a long lingering finish. Would be ideal with a creamy chicken casserole, a roast belly of pork or a smoked mackerel quiche.

This is the premier wine from the Feely vineyard and given the name "Compagnons" to acknowledge the participation of friends and wine club / vine-share members at harvest time. With a minimum of 9 months ageing in French oak, this premium wine has a superb deep colour and intense aromas. it is lightly spicy on the palate and is alive with complex flavours and a great mineral finish.

This white wine is a blend of 55% Gros Manseng, 42% Petit Manseng and 3% Petit Courbu coming from a mix of soils: slate, clay with rough stones and limestone. This has a golden yellow colour with a fine skin-contact nose, melony, with lime rind and a touch of spice. Delicious mouth-filling palate, with lots of powerful flavour and concentration. Quite long, with substantial fruit sweetness but a dry, savoury core of acidity and definite saline, mineral character. A big, substantial wine with great freshness.
