Supremo is a Balsamic obtained from the long maturation of cooked grape must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes. It is lowly aged in a battery of oak, mulberry, chestnut, and juniper barrels until sweet and dense, with a rich bouquet of flavours. The only ingredient is cooked grape must and patience, giving it a wonderful intense aroma and a dense, velvety texture, whilst maintaining a lightness and resulting versatility for many dishes. Supremo is sweet and syrupy with a very low acidity. Wonderful with meats, cheeses and risottos, it can even be drizzled over ice cream and strawberries. Density: 1.34.
