This caviar butter is made up of 35% caviar. With its concentrated flavours, this butter is delicious spread on warm piece of toast along with fresh oysters, and paired with delicate bubbles or a classic white wine.
The caviar is produced by Frédéric Vidal and his team in the south west of France. The sturgeons are farmed at low density in Dordogne where the soil gives the water its exceptional natural quality. They benefit from a diet free of GMO, antibiotic, or bone meal. They are only fed fish from responsible fisheries.
