Chuao is a 'Grand Cru' 75% dark chocolate that is often referred to as the 'Romanée Conti of chocolates'. Patrice Chapon sources the beans in a tiny and isolated cocoa plantation in the north of Venezuela. A simply outstanding chocolate delivering notes of hazelnut and red fruit on the palate. The finish is long and lingering with nuances of dried fruits and figs along with citrus fruit.
Chapon chocolates are crafted by Patrice Chapon in his chocolate factory located in the city of Chelles, 20 kilometres east of Paris.
