This is a beautiful Trebbiano with a splash of Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Pretty aromas, with hints of pink grapefruit and honeysuckle. Fresh, textured and mineral, with flinty notes and refreshing acidity. Aged 6 months in amphoras and a following 6 months in concrete tanks.

The vineyards of the appellation Cahors are predominantly planted west of the town of Cahors, on terraces above the River Lot. The main cépage is Côt, also called Malbec, and Merlot and Tannat are complementary varieties.
