Frescobaldi's Laudemio is a unique emerald-green and robust extra virgin olive oil. The aromas display scents of freshly mown grass, followed by artichoke heart, and green olive notes. The palate is remarkably balanced with a distinctive bitterness, a slight spiceness, and a long-lasting fruitiness.
The Frescobaldi family owns approximately 300 hectares of olive groves in the heart of Tuscany located at various altitudes, between 200 and 500 metres. The particular terroir along with the specific microclimate allow the olive trees to bear some of the most unique fruits. In medieval times, the name Laudemio indicated the part of the harvest reserved for the lord, owner of the lands. Today Laudemio Frescobaldi represents the highest excellence of extra virgin olive oil.
