Claire and Adrien Poirrier share the passion for nature and their sensitivity for flavours. Together they realised they common dream when they founded L’ Amante Verte in 2010. They settled in Brittany, south of Rennes, to produce gourmet herbal teas. Adrien was a journalist who became a carpenter and Claire who studied Political Science had the strong desire to create and agri-cultural place. Throughout the year, they farm and harvest by hand. Their gourmet infusions are exceptional.
