From the outset, we have been committed to biodynamic agriculture, working our vines every year to ensure that our wines combine ripeness and freshness of fruit, and have done so ever since we set up in 2005.\"\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe fruit used to make the Ozé le Rosé is hand harvested from the Leucate plateau overlooking the Mediterranea, fermented using indigenous yeasts and is direct pressed.
