This wine is produced from a parcel situated in the village of Chablis close to the Premier Cru vineyard of "Les Butteaux". It has a south-eastern exposure with a calcareous soil and a very abrupt slope. The yields are low. A Chablis showing excellent typicity. Opulent on the palate yet refreshing with mineral and tropical fruit notes. Quite seductive.
