Romain Paire is a winegrower as well as a cattle farmer and he loves it. He produces first-class wines from an unsung area. They are bursting with vitality and in this way, they reflect Paire’s bubbly personality.
Close to the Loire river’s source and at the foothills of the Massif Central, Côte Roannaise is less than 100km away from Beaujolais. It was elevated to AOC status in 1994. The 230 hectares of vineyards are planted at an altitude ranging from 350m to 500m above sea level.
