Medium yellow in colour with green tints. A bright, aromatic nose filled with crisp nuances of pink grapefruit, mango and sweet melon, interwoven with hints of soft white tea and honeysuckle. Bursting with juicy ripe fruits, the palate echoes the nose and boasts luscious flavours of pear, fresh pineapple, apricot and white nectarine. A light and slightly off-dry flavour profile lasts through the delightfully refreshing, clean finish.

Sylvain Morey produces very good wines on the southern slopes of the Luberon. This white wine Odalisque mainly made with the Vermentino grape, complemented by Viognier and Clairette. This is a quintessentially Mediterranean Vermentino grape variety, retaining its acidity well even in relatively warm regions. It really demonstrates the talent of the winemaker, always in search for balance. The Vermentino shows flavours of green apple and lime, heightened by refreshing acidity, good richness and medium body. Delicious accompaniment to fish like turbot or John dory or even with meat such as veal.

This wine comes from vines growing on plot of particularly stony, granite-based soil(Marcela Graniti) at Quinta do Centro. The vineyard is nearly 600 metres above sea level in the Serra de Sao Mamede. Syrah and Viognier grow adjacent to each other and are co-fermented,then aged for a year in French oak to produce this balanced, full-flavoured,spicy red.

Planted at the southwest ridge of the vineyard, these viognier grapes uniquely follow the ridge bending down toward the creek, chasing the afternoon sun. This rich, aromatic wine offers a fine balance of apricots, peaches and melon notes.

With its lovely ruby colour Tributo’s bouquet is rich, intense with notes of ripe red fruit, blackberries and delicate spices followed by discreet vanilla notes. The balance is superb and the palate is fresh due to the nice acidity. Polished, focusing on elegance with a long lingering finish.
