Outstanding Champagne produced from 50 year old vines from two specific Grand Cru parcels on clay soil. The fermentation in bottle is carried out under cork rather than capsule, with a minimum of five years on the lees. Avisoize exudes complexity, richness, and above all class. A powerful Champagne with its own individual personality, offering a terrifically detailed and refined expression of its terroir. Dosage of 5g/l.
