A very fine caviar with a unique character and a full bodied flavour. Lightly salted with a beautiful long and delicate finish.
This caviar is produced by Frédéric Vidal and his team in the south west of France. The sturgeons are farmed at low density in Dordogne where the soil gives the water its exceptional natural quality. They benefit from a diet free of GMO, antibiotic, or bone meal. They are only fed fish from responsible fisheries.
This caviar must be kept at a temperature between 0 and 6°C. A Best Before Date is mentioned on Caviar Perle Noire tins. The taste qualities may have changed after this date but the product remains consumable for 2 months. Just like a fine wine, we recommend to open the tin ten minutes before serving and place it on a bed of ice. Caviar must be consumed fairly quickly, within 48 hours following the opening.
