This cuvée is named after the D18 by-road that winds its way along the vines between Calce and the Col de la Dona. This is a great white wine with fantastic volume and elegant bitter notes, combining finesse and subtlety and standing out through its complexity and majestic finish.
Olivier Pithon loves his freedom, the freedom to express his personality through his impeccably crafted wines. Immensely respectful for his terroir and its biodiversity, Olivier’s wines are a testament to his skill to extract the most from his vineyards.
Calce is a little commune with a strong viticultural heritage, tucked away in between the Mediterranean sea, the Pyrenees, and Corbières in the Roussillon.
