Viura grapes planted at 400m in Baños de Ebro. Destemmed grapes macerate for 24 hours. After pressing, the must ferments in tanks. The wine matures on its lees in 1,000-litre amphora. The other portion remains in a stainless steel tank. After 12 months, the wines is bottled with minimal sulphur for preservation. Fresh, detailed, delicious with a seductive nose of white blossoms and Galia melon and a wonderful salinity on the palate. 11.5%vol. 2,111 bottles produced. Viura [vee-oo-rah] is the same variety as Macabeo.
