This IGP Argento Balsamic Vinegar is aged in wooden barrels. It is dense and luxurious while also displaying a nice level of acidity. Lovely balance of sweetness and acidity. Use on grilled red meat, pork roast, grilled vegetables, and fish. Every drop is a flash of taste. Density: 1.25.

The Società Agricola Acetomodena is nestled in the countryside of Modena. The newly built vinegar farmhouse is surrounded by the vineyards. The Vecchi family has been producing Balsamic Vinegar of Modena for more than a hundred years.
