The Twin-Blade corkscrew extracts and leaves the cork intact, even those which are old and fragile. The cork is not pierced. Therefore it does not crumble. As the legend goes, the Twin-Blade corkscrew was the favourite tool of waiters in French bistrots. They could take a few sips from wine bottles and recork them without being noticed!
