Deeply inviting nose of perfectly ripe red and black fruits, along with wild berries and a cashmere-like texture. There is a subtle element of tobacco and toast from the 9 months ageing in American oak barrels. Compelling mineral note and exceptional freshness indicative of the 850m altitude at which the 20-50 years old vines are planted. Elegant, balanced and drinking beautifully. Very smart and polished.
