Confiserie Fouque Nougat Blanc de Provence

This nougat is very tender with a superlative taste of Provence honey and sweet almonds. The low sugar content and generous portion of honey make this nougat very moreish. 

At Confiserie Fouque, Rodolphe Fouque represents the 5th generation to hand craft exceptional artisan nougat which are prepared in copper cauldrons in the same tradition dating back to 1864. Each bar is manually packaged. Nougat Fouque is only produced from September to December.
