Cortijo de Suerte Alta Extra Virgin Olive Oil 250ml

This Coupage Natural is a blend of the Hojiblanca, Picudo and Picual olive varieties from Cortijo de Suerte Alta's 100 year old olive grove in Cordóba - in the highly regarded Baena Protected Designation of Origin.
The Picudo olives give a sweet entrance and hints reminiscent of fruits such as apple. The Picual variety adds bitterness; bitterness due to it‘s high level of natural antioxidants. Hints of green olive leaves, green almonds, tomato plant and citrus. The Hojiblanco variety adds a peppery touch in mouth and throat aa well as hints of artichoke and herbs. 

Cortijo de Suerte Alta is a family farm since the 14th century spreading over 250 hectares of which 80% is planted with 80 to 100-year-old olive trees. The mill has been designed by its owner, Manuel Heredia Halcón, a professional architect. The family has the complete control of the process, from the flower to harvesting and from milling to bottling.
