From two vineyards and 8 different parcels of a blend of Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Colorino and Mammolo planted at 450 m in clay, chalk, limestone and granite soils. Fermented with native yeasts in concrete tanks then aged in oak for 18 months before bottling.
