This oil is slightly amber, Monbazillac color. Notes of hazelnuts are reminiscent of noble products, from matured cheeses to Oscietra caviar. The praline is reminiscent of dessert. We have this side as tasty and even salty, as the sweet side, caramelized and rich in dessert.
