Our intensely flavored chocolate rocks received the prestigious Epicures d'Or award on April 29, 2024, from a jury of gastronomy experts and renowned pastry chefs! Simplicity, intensity, unique taste. Our indulgent and generously sized rocks are made with just three ingredients (organic Piedmont hazelnuts, organic cocoa beans, and only 15% organic cane sugar!) and a touch of salt. Produced in very small batches, they are a concentrated burst of hazelnut and cocoa! Rocks are often associated with a "praline" recipe. While this is very common in chocolate making, it's not the only way! Our rocks are not pralines. They are made with a different approach, less sweet, more intense! A box contains six rocks. Each rock weighs approximately 15g. They are therefore quite generous.
