Our indulgent and generously sized rocks are made with just three ingredients (organic Piedmont hazelnuts, organic cocoa beans, and only 15% organic cane sugar!) and a touch of salt. Produced in very small batches, they are a concentrated burst of hazelnut and cocoa! Rocks are often associated with a "praline" recipe. While this is very common in chocolate making, it's not the only way!
Our rocks are not pralines. They are made with a different approach, less sweet, more intense! A box contains six rocks. Each rock weighs approximately 15g. They are therefore quite generous.
