La Trinquelinette Confiture de figue

Made from ‘figues violettes’ that are soft with notes of honey and sourced by Céline Dubreuil. This jam is smooth and perfect to spread on toast or fresh bread with a piece of Parma ham, fresh goat cheese and a drop of balsamic vinegar. Also an elegant marriage with pear and parmesan.
