Toasty notes with coffee and licorice aromas on the nose. Supple, delicate palate with blackberry and blackcurrant flavours. Powerful finish. The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in small 17 kg crates. Selection by plot and fermentation by grape variety. Fermentation in concrete tanks. Racking into 500-liter French oak barrels for 12 months. Blending before ageing for 4 months in oval concrete vats.
