Montenidoli’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a blend of MORAIOLO and CORREGGIOLO olive varieties organically grown on the hill overlooking San Gimignano, in front of the Chianti Classico – between Florence and Siena. It is an unpolluted land, high upon the hill in clean air, and far away from any chemicals. The Moraiolo variety bring body to this olive oil and the Correggiolo variety provides the beautiful and powerful vegetal aromas including pronounced notes of artichoke. At the time of pressing the acidity is less than 0.20% – far below the 0.80% maximum allowed acidity for EVO oils.
