NearyNógs Stoneground Chocolate is Northern Ireland's first bean to bar craft chocolate. In 2011, Shane and Dorothy Neary opened their small chocolate factory nestled between the Mourne Mountains and the Irish Sea, along the scenic Mourne Coast. The couple sources single origin, speciality cocoa beans from farms in Central America, South America, the Caribbean Islands, and West Africa. They hand sort every cocoa bean, gently roast them, stone grind them, and age them before making delicious chocolates. All NearyNógs packaging is made from recycled sources.
