Sant' Angelica Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced with early harvested olives and subsequently cold pressed. It is vibrant, intense and fragrant with a burst of peppery greenness on the palate. 

Produced by Laura and Ed Miller at their estate in the Maremma region of southern Tuscany. Sant'Angelica Extra Virgin Olive Oil is ideal to drizzle over salads, fresh vegetables, grilled meats, or fish, or simply as a dip with crusty bread.
