The Tempranillo grapes with which produces MXI 2018 are grown at 900 metres altitude in what is known as “El Monte Alto de Pesquera” or “the Highlands of Pesquera”. This fresh, fruity wine was aged for a period of 14 months at the winery in very carefully chosen barrels of different capacities toasted with a medium char.
