This monovarietal – 100% Leccio del Corno – Extra Virgin Olive Oil is characterised by its intensely fruity profile, with secondary fresh vegetal notes. Featuring prominent notes of freshly cut grass, artichoke, unripe almond, and radish. This elegant and complex bouquet offers a powerful sensory experience. On the palate, Leccio del Corno is harmonious, with pronounced hints of artichoke, thistle, and fresh almond, accompanied by a characteristic peppery (chili-pepper) sensation typical of the variety. It stands out for its bold personality, complex sensory profile, and long- lasting finish. Exclusively produced from early harvest Leccio del Corno olives grown on the hills north of Florence, in Mugello at an average altitude of 400 meters. Olives are hand picked, cold pressed and filtered at the estate directly after picking. Acidity: 0.20% TREBBIO is a family project, reviving a historic estate in Mugello/Tuscany near Florence. The olive grove is farmed under strict biodynamic principles, yields exceptional produce with unique qualities.By restoring the Medici villa and its adjacent farmhouses located on a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the aim of the family is to invest in the preservation of the pristine land and the biosphere of the estate.
