On the nose, light floral tones and summery scents of stone fruit lead on to a crisp acidity and mineral finish. Elegant and very approachable, displaying grapefruit, lime and freshly cut green apple on the palate. It’s alive, fine and delicate yet there is depth and measured acidity. Tantalising and brilliantly refreshing. A palate-seducing white and the 10.5% vol is a real bonus.
