Both oenologists, Vivien Rossignol and Marie Toussaint are conscientious winemakers in Saint-Chinian, crafting wines that are finely structured and ‘a breath of fresh air’.
Located in the Languedoc, north of Béziers, the AOC Saint-Chinian was granted in 1982. This is an appellation known for its dual personality: clay-limestone in the South and schistous soils in the South.
