We always ensure that your order is delivered on time. However, in some cases, our next-day deliveries may be unavailable, and it may take longer to get to you. We deliver nationwide, in Northern Ireland, the UK, and all over Europe. All rates are clearly stated at checkout. Although dropping into Terroirs is a pleasure, it is also nice if we can deliver to your door. Our van is nipping around the neighbourhood delivering orders right to your doorstep. It can cover all Dublin 4, and this service is free of charge.
In the event that no one is in when we try to deliver, the driver will leave a card to let you know that we attempted to make the delivery, or we will leave a voice message on your phone. By calling Terroirs (01.6671311) we will rearrange delivery for a more convenient time and/or day.

Returns
Customers who are not satisfied with their purchases for any reason, please let us know in writing at [email protected]. Claims for breakages or other damages must be made to Terroirs in writing or by e-mail within 3 days of receipt. Please photograph the contents and contact our team at [email protected]. For all returns, except where the item is faulty or when we have sent you an incorrect item, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
