As de B stands for ‘Assemblage de Bollenberg’ is a field blend of six grape varieties all planted in the same vineyard located at the lieu-dit ‘Bollenberg’. All grapes are harvested together and co-fermented.
Fresh, fruity aromas of white flowers combined with tropical fruits. Medium-bodied and round offering generous fruit, charming freshness and tension.This is essentially a high-quality Edelzwicker.
