These duck rillettes are made exclusively with duck meat from the south west of France and the specific areas of Chalosse, Gascogne, Gers, Landes, Périgord, and Quercy. The ducks are raised in the open air on human-sized farms and they are fed with corn from the south west, cereals and grass which they graze.
Delicately seasoned with salt and pepper, these rillettes are best enjoyed on slightly toasted bread.
