Domaine du Pas de l’Escalette
Les Clapas rouge, 2019

Terrasses du Larzac

€29.50

750ml Bottle

This blend of Syrah, Carignan and Grenache really reflects the minerality of the soil of ‘les clapas’ (ancient rock walls and large stone piles). The Syrah is pressed in whole bunches bringing aromatic complexity to the wine and freshness. Concentrated aromas of red fruits. Beautiful and vibrant on the palate and very persistent finish.
