This wine can be described as the 'insider's alternative' to Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé. A splendid Loire white offering classic Sauvignon character. Grapefruit zing and discreet freshly cut grass aromas abound. Pristine, fresh and elegant offering a mineral character allied with green apple. Would make a terrific partner to shellfish and seafood as well as chicken. Also delicious as an apéritif. Meticulously made by Florian Roblin who is a dedicated farmer winemaker, near the city of Bourges.
Florian Roblin always had ‘wine in his veins’. He started from scratch in 2006. He planted his vines; he now tends them and makes wine with consummate confidence.
